Who we are: We are a mentoring organization through the collaborative efforts of The Masonic Emma Lodge and Ralls Independent School District that is funded by a federal grant from the Safe and Drug-free Schools, Department of Education.
Mission: We are dedicated to providing at-risk youth with the support and resources that will help them develop into productive, responsible, and successful citizens focusing on consistent, long-term, well-supervised relationships with adults that can yield a wide range of tangible benefits for the community.
Our Key Objectives:
• Recruit, train, and maintain community volunteers who will serve as mentors to at-risk youth
• Improve students academic achievement
• Strengthen school bonding
• Promoting pro-social norms and behaviors
• Providing opportunities for job training and post-secondary education
Our Programs:
1) School-Based One to One Mentoring at the elementary and middle school campuses
2) After-School Small Group Mentoring called "Crew Classes"
